The Irish Pipers’ Club, a 501 (c)3 non-profit organization based in Seattle, Washington, U.S.A., promotes and preserves the playing of the uilleann pipes, Ireland’s unique form of bagpipe.
We are a group Dedicated to the advancement and education of the Uilleann pipes.
The Irish Pipers Club (Cumann na bPíobairí) began in San Francisco, 1979.
In 1981 Denis Brooks, a founding member, moved to Seattle taking with him the clubs spirit and new beginnings.
Four decades later the Irish Pipers Club has become an Irish cultural icon in the United States.
The club holds monthly meetings to conduct club business, play tunes, and help learning pipers.

The Irish Pipers’ Club was started in 1979 in San Francisco. In 1981 Denis Brooks, one of the founders - who now lives in Ireland - moved to Seattle, and the Irish Pipers’ Club and the Pipers’ Review has continued to use this piper-friendly city for its base of operations.
The Irish Pipers’ Club and the San Francisco Pipers Club work together and share the annual West Coast Tionol.
